I bought this item refurbished. So far it has powered my cpap, It says that with the plug thought it would last about four hours. I bought a dc plug for my machine and it said it would last around 6 hours with the humidifier And heat off. Like I said so far so good, I just hope the warranty is good if something does happen to it.
