Title is just fine
.initially,I was not pleased with this product but after I determined it had to be locked very tightly it seems to be working properly.We have very high winds in this area so hopefully it will be ok. A set of instructions explaining the locking feature would have been very helpful and would have avoided a lot of frustration .If it does fail in the winds, I will just be stuck with the purchase. Thank you
