    Seller packed the shipping box well, but not the car inside of the styrofoam packaging within the box. Consequently, the exhaust pipe broke off in the front of the model during shipping. I contacted the seller 4 times in order to resolve the issue but he/she never responded. No communication at all from the seller. Besides this issue, the item was as described. I've never had a seller go silent upon reaching out. This is a first for me. Caution recommended.

    I sent a reply telling them that I was out of town for my grandkids graduation and asked them what they felt was a reasonable way to take care of the problem and they never responded to my reply. I would have been glad to work something out with them if the had replied. After the graduations we went on a short camping trip with the kids and there wasn't any cell service there. I would still be willing to work something out with them if they would be willing to remove the negative feedback.
