If you have kids, get one
At some point kids bring head lice home. This is a great tool in treating the infestation. The plastic nit comb that comes with the shampooed is worthless. This at least removed some nits each time you use it. It takes two weeks of combing hair every other day (at least), along with the second shampoo treatment to get them gone. I got 4 girls and now we just do the hair combing once a week. Best used right out of bath or shower when hair is still very damp. Still paranoid about bringing them back home from school, so we will use it weekly until summer vacation starts.
It also works good for those who have dandruff.

Assembly Required
Need better instructions. Comes with 4 pictures with arrows pointing to screw placement, but should have written comments on what order to assemble. No bad if you got an extra pair of hands to hold pieces for you. Very difficult to do alone. Putting hand grips on was a challenge. Two pushed on all the way, other four could only get on 1/2 way. Worried I would bend rods if forced any harder. Works fine, but looks dumb with grips of different lengths sticking out.

Ball return has issues
Kids love it, but I found two issues you should know about. First, C batteries are VERY hard to install into product. Had to use a screwdriver to wedge the slots open wide enough for them to fit. No way to take them out without prying . Hope not to break their slots when batteries need to be replaced. Second, ball return doesn't always spit ball back. Need to wait at least 30 seconds between shots, so motor can get back to full speed, or ball won't come out without assistance.
Otherwise, door hanging basketball game is loads of fun.
