Rubber fitting feels a little bit low or strange to what I have used to with my other Nikon bodies. It works just fine for the purpose.

Old but excellent cheap lens
1 of 2 found this helpful I bought this lens to replace the Nikon 18-70mm DX lens. Though it is not fast neither wide enough, it is sharp and the color is more vivid than the Nikon 18-70mm lens. More important, it's much cheaper. Forgot to mention the AF is louder as well. Since I care much more about the color saturation, so the other stuff won't bother me. I initially want to get the king, Nikon 35-70mm f2.8, but have to forget about it due to the fact it is much more expensive.
Another good thing is that the price of Nikon 28-85mm AF & 70-210mm f4 AF is about equal to the Nikon 18-70mm lens. So I get 2 lens buy selling one. This is very good for a person with a tight budget on high quality Nikon lens.
Very happy that my gambling turns out to be good!

Urbanite is not good both in sound and quality
For curiosity I bought one used pair for $30(looks almost new). I want to see why a MSRP around $200 headphones can be have for $30. I used to own HD25 but sold it due to the high clamping power on my ears. HD25 sounds very energetic. To my surprise urbanite is on the opposite way. It's muddy or mellow. It is comfortable to wear and the clamping pressure is less than HD25. But when I wiggle the headband and try to loose it up a bit and then the band broke! I tore the band assembly apart and found that the connection part between the band and earpiece casing uses cheap clear plastic! I can not believe German engineers can have design rules like this! Since the earpads are comfortable, so I put them on my sony mdr-7502. After several days another surprise showed up. The earpads started to peeling spot by spot!
I guess for Sennheiser, you will need to stick with their legendary models. Sennheiser doesn't seem to know which corner can be cut in production. ^_^
