Nicely made but more run out than I expected for the fairly high price
While I rated this fairly high I am not totally pleased with it. So far I have not found a small mandrel that will handle #80 drills that has very little run out. However this one is better than some. A buyer should know that it is not a high precision tool with less than a thousandths run out and I suspect that most buyers won't care. One thing that would have made it better is if it was drilled out inside so that a bit could be mounted with only a 1/4 " or so sticking out. That would minimize the run out at the point. I may try to modify mine to do that.
