My early cooking experiences
Just getting started as hone chef. I have not used the square pan, deep fryer or steamer. The round pan works well. I used several of the items shown in the cook book. They all came out well., and cleanup was easy. I probably should have ordered smaller pans for the 2 person family, But the larger ones perform well. I made pancakes in the pan and they were very good. I have a problem frying eggs. They stuck and could not be turned over.
