An Excellent Book by an Excellent Man
I bought this book to read and have in my collection of various books on Martial Arts and self-improvement. The author, Sensei Kirby, lives a life parrallel to what he teaches in his books. He is a remarkable man and gives excellent advise in this book on everything from eating habits and goal developement, to self-defense and self-developement.
I have Had the privilege of meeting and training with him once and he is the real deal. Read anything he has wrote and you will be a better person for it.

Excellent Movie!!
My son has watched this movie about a billion times, we have gone thru several VHS and DVDs of it and he still gets excited to see it. Good movie for kids and for adults too! Probably the best Muppet movie made.
