3N128 High Frequency Small Signal MOSFET
Exact replacement for my Model 90652 SOLID-STATE DIPPER. The 3N128 is used as the front oscillator operating as a split-Colpitts circuit. The 3N128 can operate up to 250 MHz.

Tube Socket Test Adapter
