Cruising Under Sail by Eric C. Hiscock (1981)
Encyclopedic in scope, and original in perspective. I thought I had read it all when it came to sailing, but I learn something new everytime I pick this book up. This book is going on my boat along with Hiscocks' books describing his Atlantic and Around the World cruises, and if I ever have to abandon ship, they will be in my emergency bag

My go to watch for sailing/cruising.
Tidal and moon phase information is spot on. Easy process to lock onto local tidal station or just stick with generic theoretical tides based on the Moon's position.

good value except for wrong size hose for primer bulb
everything was good except the hose provided for the primer bulb was wrong size.
