Valuable Collection
I've put off purchasing this for years now since it came out. I have to say it's a well put together compilation! Very nice sound. Clear and crisp. The liner notes are very detailed and contains nice pictures of Barbara that you don't see in other places. Definitely worth the money I paid!

Ingrid shares with you her "Bad Advice"
Fantastic new artist! For those that may not be familiar with Ingrid yet, she recently has been honored as a Grammy nominated artist that is new to the country music genre. At this point she's had two great hits, "More Hearts Than Mine," and currently the title track "Lady Like" that have made it on country radio. Both songs are featured on this debut album that came out in the spring of 2020. Personally, I enjoy her for her song writing. Her lyrics are very moving and relatable. After listening to this album a couple times there are still a couple songs where their main punch lines will still give me goose bumps every time I hear them again and again. If you are looking for more on the contemporary country style than this artist/album is what you are looking for while at least at this stage in her career. At the same time this artist/album does contain some slight traditional country flavor with it as well. At this point in time, most if not all of her work I find to be slow to mid tempo. If you are looking for fast, energetic and up-tempo, than this album is not for you. However, if you are looking for music that is more on the lines of deep lyrics and laid back then I would definitely give this album a listen.
