Why pay more?
Works as well as the original, for half the price.
It doesn't have a charge level indicator on but my tools do, so I'm not bothered.

Performs well but doesn't feel especially solid
1 of 1 found this helpful Excellent light output but plastic is a bit creaky.
This is a little pricey really, but I expect it to last a long time, and equally importantly, I expect to still be able to buy new LXT batteries in 10 years time too.
I am slightly disappointed as it's not all that solid-feeling and am not sure how many drops onto a hard floor it will survive. It's going to need taking care of if it's going to survive. I am sure it will also come in handy when camping although is way too heavy with battery to hang from the top of the tent.
Dirt Scooter by Osprey with Off Road All Terrain Tyres - White/Grey/Nato Green

Solid bit of kit
Really solid piece of kit, but quite heavy with it. Much nicer ride than a solid-tyred scooter, with the downside being the rolling resistance of the tyres - swings and roundabouts, really. The metal wheels and grip locks are nice touches that raise it above its competitors in this price bracket [eg Oxelo MF Dirt].
Needs a bit of fettling out of the box [attach handlebar, inflate tyres, tighten axles] but I had it ready within 10 minutes of delivery and was able to ride it to work. My 5yo is desperate to get on it but it's going to be a few years before he's big enough.
Would prefer if the brake was more mudguard-style instead of a little strip. The brake is really not very effective in the wet.
Loses a star for the sloppy welds and some stiffness in the steering, which I hope is just a poorly tightened headset.
