  This was an absolute horrible experience. The buyer asked for a discount and I accepted the offer. She changed her mind and filed a dispute with her bank. I would have canceled the order if she asked me. Instead it went thru a dispute with eBay and they sided with her. I have all the emails as proof that she changed her mind. It wasn’t fraud but fraud on her part because she lied and told her bank it was a fraudulent charge. Now eBay wants $20 from me. I can’t get a hold of anyone for help.
