Carburetor
Had to take carb apart and clean some trash out. It was still surging before I did this. It is running good now.

Comdition of Pressure Washer Pump

What you are selling is a pressure washer pump that is locked up/burnt up. When they get to that point they are not worth building. There is no adjustment. They cost more to rebuild than buying a new one.
