wet. Even though it's small, it stays solid to the end, and lathers like crazy, and is not harsh
on the skin, but also not greasy or oily.

just what i wanted.
perfect clear coat. in my case used it on silver metal necklace to keep it from turning
with wear. love it. also used it on some hardware on doors, so they stay shiny, and are
easier to clean.
