Pentel P205 White .5mm Mechanical Pencil
This is Pentel's classic .5mm mechanical pencil with a beautiful white barrel.
The main attraction here is the WHITE barrel. A white barrel on this sturdy Pentel .5mm
mechanical pencil is rare. I have seen this Pentel pencil model P205 with a white barrel only available in special limited editions.

Smooooooth Writer
This is the very best inexpensive roller ball pen that I have ever used. It writes smoothly and it does not "grip" the paper in a scratchy slow area of your writing. It always moves smoothly. This is especially noticeable when you are writing shorthand. When you are writing shorthand at 100 words per minute you are highly aware of the quality of your writing instrument. The black .7 mm "Fine" pen leaves a nice, easily readable line. One observation: you have to allow the ink to dry because if you immediately touch the area that you just wrote, then the ink will smear. Also, the pen is nicely styled. So, this is my very favorite roller ball pen that I have used for years for thousands of hours of writing. I love this Pilot roller ball pen!!

Darker, smoother, and smudge free lead
Using Pentel 2B 5mm lead provides a darker line than the Pentel HB 5mm lead. Writing with 2B lead is easier and smoother than it is with the traditional HB lead because there is less paper resistance. This becomes increasingly apparent when you write for longer time periods. I have never experienced more lead breakage because the lead is softer.
