3D family it is!

HatHut is a very authoritative recording label for - both - vinyl and digital (CD) recordings, albeit overpriced quite a bit, but then what do you expect form something Swiss-made?.. - Overpriced quality stuff. This CD goes to prove the expectation. The jazz, however, that's on it is supreme caliber!

a nice collection of 1970ies Sanders post-Coltrane fare very nicely packaged and framed.

John Coltrane "Live at the Village Vanguard", a cassette on MCA/Impulse.label.

The signature "live at the Vanguard" John Coltrane gig is in a class of the best jazz concerts on "impulse" (label) on record. It is all the more unnerving and disheartening that the MCA/Implulse cassette happens to be unplayable and impossible to duplicate stopping every now and then as it does about half way into playing side"B" of the tape (on "Chasing the Trane", a continuous track where Trane plays with his quartet for over 16 minutes without interruption), so the second half of the track (starting with about 8th minute) is all but lost. What a shame! It was advertised by the seller as "very good" shape-wise, but happens to be anything but... Unplayable,i.e. worthless. Rom.
