Battery issue makes "great" phone only a "mediocre" performer
I got my Incredible phone about 4 months ago, and I do like it......but the short battery life is a huge disadvantage. I have three batteries, which I rotate regularly, but none of them seems able to keep the phone in "standby" for more than about 12 hours without being plugged in. This is a problem when I am away from a charger, and happen to be on a long (15 min+) phone call, because thereafter it constantly interrupts whatever I might be doing with warnings to plug in the recharger. So, it's a great phone when it's plugged in or immediately near a charger, but a poor choice for remote service unless you happen to carry an extra battery on your person at all times.
