Excellent connector cable for legacy SCSI devices
Positive: enables me to connect a legacy narrow SCSI device HP Scanjet 4p to my new Ultra-wide SCSI adapter. Comes with 2 connector caps. Works under Mageia linux 6.

Good adapter for legacy devices
1 of 1 found this helpful Positive: this wide SCSI adapter lets me connect my legacy narrow SCSI-1 and SCSI-2 scanners (HP Scanjet 4p and Epson) to my new PC (Dec 2017). Works under Mageia linux 5 and 6. Super price.
Negative: I had to enter the SCSISelect BIOS utility at startup and return a basic setting to its default value in order to stabilize the IC initialization; it took me some time to find it out.
