Excellent phone for non-techies!
This is a much better phone than I had expected. What made me purchase it was the fact that it talks to you! It tells you who is calling so that if you don't want or can't get to the phone at the moment, you can listen and call back later. You don't have to call a special number to retrieve your voice mails and the sound is very clear and good. You are able to adjust the ringer and the volume while talking which is nice. You can take the actual handset into another room with you or outside and still hear who is calling rather running to listen. The only thing you have to do that I was surprised about was the wait time from a major department store to ship the product. Overall, I would definitely highly recommend the phone itself!
