Doll was actually 23" - not 13" as advertised; assume it was a typo; a bit disappointed as I didn't need another large doll. And truly a 13" is harder to find. But she's lovely. And her larger size does explain the $28 shipping. I didn't contact the seller about the size issue. Mistakes happen:) I'd definitely buy from this seller again!
