Excellent buying experience, great piece of equipment!
I purchased the Power Pro model, not the XTL version. The equipment was in great shape and I could tell that it had been well cared for. I am recovering from triple bypass surgery (13 mo. ago) and got frustrated and bogged down waiting in line to use gym equipment at our local YMCA. Now, I work out first thing in the morning at a good pace, and I love the convenience! I'm keeping an eye on the lat pull down and leg systems, and I will add them on when I can afford them.

One of the Best!
The DVD is a comprehensive, in depth, pitching resource. My players have become highly successful by employing the lessons taught by Mr. John Habyan. I own many baseball DVD's and consider this, one of the best. I highly recommend this DVD as a powerful coaching tool.
