Taken for years - works great.

Not new and sealed, not the same product as used before.
the product was not new or sealed. It came wrapped in layers of tape as if the bottle was opened at one time and there was no box.
I don't feel the cream was the same as previously used it was much thicker. Had to purchase again from QVC which was new and sealed and definitely the cream was the same as I always used.
