  Absolutely terrible customer service. Sent me a bad unit and wouldn’t replace it. I paid $500 to have it installed into my car. Company told me to take the unit out and return it. Can’t unwire all of the cables out of the car without paying another $500. Terrible company with terrible products. They are simply a middle man. You can order all of their equipment directly through the manufacturer. Just look up the name of the product and buy directly from manufacturer yourself for much less.
