Great Imformative Book for us ladies who suffer
I was a little dubious about this book hence the cover, but as soon as i started to read it i though someone just like me what a relief to know i wasn't the only one.
It is written with feeling and knowledge of the menopause.
It is a very helpful book and i would recommend anyone who doesn't know much about the menopause and needs some help this is for you.
That is why i have given it 5 stars.

Very good simple to use book. great value. helps save time and money.
I bought this book for my neice as she saw that i had one and she thought what good ideas that it has in it.
I do not dislike anything about it although will say one things has nothing to use with Pork.
Much better than other recipe books as none tell you what you can use with left overs.
I would recommend this book to anyone especially students.
