  Seller was responsive to my inquiries and finally shipped me a white table as in the picture as opposed to brown in the product description. Obviously, this points to the fact that someone was lying when they said that 8 minutes later I could not cancel my order because it was already shipped.... when in fact, they did have the opportunity to ship the colour I wanted. So... where is my trust in this seller and ebay.... not good!!!

  My package arrived damaged because of the way it was packaged. As such, the neck was broken, and the excitement of my latest purchase had been broken as well. I contacted the owner and explained the situation and that it was not worth returning and fixing, considering grade of Guitar. The seller agreed, wholeheartedly, and apologetically, classy and smart. With some care, patience and time, I managed to fix the guitar and I’m happy to say it has become my new favourite. My thanks to the seller.
