This system does not provide effective signal gain
The wireless signal gain in the cellular phone is just not as good as it claims to be (for my AT&T carrier in this area). Perhaps the system needs to have a more effective reception for its outdoor anetena.

moving all over the countertop around the sink
The bottom plate of the motor housing is not attached firmly to the device foundation housing. when in operation, this plate damping up-and-down failing to rest in stable position for the whole device.
