Claps for Celtic Thunder.
A long-time lover of Irish music, I was blown away when Celtic Thunder burst upon the scene. This, their first PBS special, is still my personal favorite. Though in retrospect the performances were perhaps not the most polished - and the audio/visual quality of the DVD is not the best - the music always saves the day. The songs and the singing, both solo and ensemble, are superb. The group's musical director, Phil Coulter, is a beloved Irish songwriter whose compositions - like Heartland and Ireland's Call - are the most stirring of the show. All in all, a fine first concert for these five talented young men and their equally gifted instrumental entourage.

Too Much Information, Yet Not Enough
First and foremost, this book claims to not reveal “solutions” to crimes. Apparently that is not the same thing as not disclosing who was murdered and by whom. If you read the detailed plot summaries found throughout this book, there will be little point in reading the actual stories, as there will be few surprises left. Furthermore, the promised entries about Christie’s life and family and friends are not easy to find or to distinguish from the fictional ones. I paged through the entire book and noticed very little of a personal nature, it was mostly made up of those long plot summaries and the identification of fictional characters and the actors who played the leads in a variety of venues. I will also mention here that the print is rather faint, which poses a problem for weak eyes. All in all, it was not as valuable or interesting a reference as I was expecting it to be.
