No need to keep logging those workouts on separate apps
3 of 3 found this helpful The Apple Watch is a great piece of kit, I'm not a fitness freak but I do workout a few times a week and this can be anything from hiking, walking, cross training or cycling. Apple Watch will log everything even without my phone and syncs everything seamlessly. A great piece of kit, and if I forget to log it or do a long walk with my job it will log that in the background.
