    ***revised review***malfunctioning item received but got a refund after sending proof i lost no money but lost my time installing a faulty battery, even though seller guaranteed me many times that the battery would be free from defects. I cannot say in honnesty that the item description was accurate, nor that the seller description was good, since they blindsided me by selling a faulty product, and tried to blame it on me after getting the proof they needed

    We ensure every transaction goes smoothly and have no reason to sell faulty products that cause a loss. As long-time eBay sellers, earning positive feedback is not easy. The item was tested before shipping and showed over 90%+ capacity. However, the buyer immediately claimed it wasn’t working. After a brief conversation, we issued a full refund within an hour without requiring a return. We addressed the issue promptly and believe we deserve fairer feedback.
