Excellent quality, not consumer friendly.
Super reliable and rock solid as you expect from a Cisco product but definitely not for the average consumer. This is five start equipment BUT it gets -1 * because you MUST have a Cisco service contract to get access to software and firmware updates.
My unit came in the lightweight configuration to work with a controller. If I didn't have one this product would not function without a new Autonomous operating system, which you can only get if you have a Cisco contract.

Item as described
This item was a drop-in replacement for failed fans in a Netgear switch. They installed without a hitch and worked perfectly. Item is as described.
