Happy pills!
if you are stressed, it does balance you out. It made me feel in a good mood. I don't recommend to take it all the time. Only when you really feel stressed and ancious. just my opinion. But good product.

Vitamins
East to swallow. Have lots of vitamins which one needs. Recommend
