Art of Dynastic China
This is a lovely book, 9x12" with lovely full color plate insets-perfect for the 'reluctant framer' or more unkindly willful cannibal-but how wrong is it to want to wonderful images like this on walls, etc instead of trapped up in never opened ten pound books. Not scholastically qualified to comment on substance of book-but beauty of illustrations!!!! 633 pages of West German top quality printing, Mr. Watson, forgive me. The r f e929@peoplepc.com

Please Ms. Asch - Travel alot!
I've just fallen in love with a volume of Ms Asch's sketchs of Egypt which I found by chance and then had to buy another copy so I could frame excised pages for my homesick Egyption friends, and now have more requests-so I can only imagine the Italian sketchbook is as lovely. I can only hope Flammarion (the publisher) will extend Ms. Asch a open-ended travel allowance!!!
Greece is lovely in the fall! and Thailand in the winter!
