Chrome cast 3rd gen works well
This update does exactly what I wanted.

Would NOT accept Intuit ID so old data could not be accessed. Google search revealed this to be a common problem

USB3 for Windows 7
It works.only problem I had was getting the driver. I had been expecting CD. That proved to be a minor hurdle and the card works well in W7 desktop.
