Good product, XLNT price, tastes okay, had better -- was too pricey. Best I've found outside getting it in Japan myself.

Adrenal help, sleeoing better
My first purchase to help my high cortisol, struggling adrenals was this product. If ya aren't sleeping well and. deeply, these glands can't heal. Was amazingly rested from the first night. Like so many other powders, this doesn't 'mix' well in water, but I had to find a solution for that as I also use curcumin for pain which also refuses to mix. W/ Curcumin I use 1/2 tsp and of course the 3-4 tiny spoons of Piperine to boost it; add spoon water and mash it round and around til it becomes smooth and creamy. Then I add 1 spoonful of Vanilla yogurt to mix a bit again and done. Its yummy and pain goes.
With the tryptophan, my mood is better (more like I'm supposed to be), less stressed. More to it of course, but this was a huge factor. So I mix it the same way, but no yogurt - SB taken @ bed time on empty tummy. Works for me! I LOVE it.

Good as any brand/pd - 1/3 less
Leery of unknown (to me) brand, but so glad I dared, for my lovely Hisense is every bit as bright, crisp and clear as the previous Samsung (which I loved). This was a purchase from the store I had trusted to buy the Samsung and it was perfect, so I knew I'd be okay. . . and I took a chance. My TV service provider didn't have the codes to program their remote control for the Hisense, but the TV's "quick-start" guide did, so was up and running in a jiffy. I'm a happy camper. It works great, is beautiful and I saved money. . .what's not to like?
