Feline Pine is Fine!
We've had indoor cats for decades. Feline Pine is by far the best cat litter we've ever used. Although initially somewhat more expensive than most litters, it lasts MUCH longer. So in the long run the value is very good. And it's the best quality. The pine shavings keep the house fresh for much longer than other litters. It absorbs better. And wood shavings don't stick to kitty feet like other litter materials, so it doesn't get spread around the house. We scoop out the solids and "stir" the litter daily -- we have two cats and litter changes are only necessary every week to ten days or more. Feline Pine is the best. Our hats are off to the manufacturer. Simply a great product.

SCM820-DAN-DB25
I have years of experience with Shure's earlier analog version -- SCM810. It's simple and straightforward to use. The newer SCM820 is the digital version and significantly more complex.
While many of the SCM810's general operating features have been continued, the 820 is a computer -- and acts like it. Firmware continues to progress and it's important that all units must thus be maintained in an up to date manner in order to correctly function together. Each operating position will require UPS backup for reliability. I consider my units to be in a familiarization stage and thus are not yet used in customer service. It's critical not only to understand fully SCM820, but the Dante networking system that supports many of it's features.
There are important differences between the SCM820-Dan and the Dan DB-25 version. The SCM820-Dan is more suited for permanent installations... My work is more toward portable A/V meeting support. Before considering purchase, it is important to understand those different SCM820 offerings...........

These Paper Towels Are Simply the Best!
Our family has a pretty good lifetime of experience -- and these paper towels are simply the best! Being able to use not only full but also half and quarter sheets saves time, money, and our landfills. These towels are perhaps a bit more expensive than other brands. But they work better, last longer, and can even be reused for various cleanup purposes. So they are in reality less expensive. Although very rare (perhaps one in a hundred), we run across a roll where some of the sheets do not tear perfectly at the perforations, so I just use those for really messy stuff where separating sheets doesn't matter. But I say again, these paper towels are the best we have found. You owe it to yourself to give them a try.
