Good value

Nifty little item for work with fondant and other sugar media. Good value. Has a plunger that pushes material out of mold which is a great feature. One had come apart in shipping but was easy enough to fit back together. Would recommend.

Boosted energy level

Since I am sensitive to Calcium products, that typically give me G.I. problems, so was a bit hesitant to try this, but have had no problems at all. It combines Calcium, B vitamins, C, Zinc, electrolytes and other minerals, and it seems to really boost my energy level. It has been well documented, in a number of studies that Zinc will ward off colds, and I actually began taking this along with Zicam when I recently had a cold and it was gone in less than a week. I would recommend this product. I like the fact that it dissolves in water, so is easy to take. There is a hint of "vitamin-y" smell and taste but the raspberry flavor masks it pretty well.

Great energy booster

This has been a great energy booster and one of the few supplements that has not made me nauseous. (Blecch!) Has boosted my serum B12 level significantly. Was originally taking it w/ 8 oz of water, but find taste is better w/ 4 oz. Fast shipping. Would highly recommend.
