1 of 1 found this helpful I had a pair of these bars on my 2011 Harley FLHTCU and loved them. I was shocked, and surprised that Paul Yaffe quit making these. The height and angle of these bars fit me perfect for a guy of my size, 6'2". While Paul Yaffe's Monkey Bars have the same final feel, and are nice in their appearance. They create a very sharp, very sturdy point up near the hand grips that I don't want to feel go through my chest the next time a careless 4 wheeler takes me out again. While I was bruised getting hit in the chest with the "Classic Apes", I don't want to feel the point of the "Monkey Bars". I am installing these "Classic Apes" on my 2017 FLHTK, and looking forward to many more comfortable miles. I hope Paul Yaffe sees this review, and reconsiders his decision to quit making these. I'm glad that somebody still had a few of these bars still available. The way they fit to the fairing, while giving me the room, and reach that makes long rides comfortable, instead of getting my knees and elbows in each other's way is awesome.
