ASeattlecoffeesnob can write about it's features all morning until the morning coffee runs out.
#1 is to read the entire manual. b/c I have had 8 grinders through my life I thought I knew how to do this. That would be, 'not.' But I can say this with all the features and levels of 'it's greatness' I say this: if you are a 'coffee snob,' this is the machine for you. if you want espresso fineness or french press coarseness or in between, this grinder can deliver it all. Pretty impressive~ great job Breville, you knocked this model out of the park and I am sanctified my money spent was well worth it!
