I ordered this item but received a different pair of gloves. The only thing correct was the colour. I attempted to contact the seller but this was not possible through ebay and the seller would not accept returns. I contacted ebay who looked at my complaint and said that the terms of sale were not breached. I find this simply ridiculous. as I now have a pair of gloves that don't match the sellers description and which I don't want to wear !

Excellent Value and easy to fit.

Just what I needed when the heating element died on my Indesit IDC75. Easy to fit (with the help of a Youtube video.) I saved a lot of money by doing it myself and highly recommend this item.

My new favourite Filofax

I was worried that this wouldn't be as good quality as my other real leather Filofax. I had no need to worry, same excellent quality and bang up to date. I love it and can't wait to buy the pink one.

Excellent Quality Oil

I have repurchased this oil after trying the smaller size. Having used it in both cold process and melt and pour soaps I'm delighted with how it performed. It does not discolour or accelerate trace and smells beautiful used alone or combined with orange fragrance oil.
