We got it worked out and hopefully they are happy with the item. eBay customer service needs a lot of help. You need to have people that can understand the language that both parties are speaking and have someone with enough experience to actually understand and help fix the issue.

Time To SEE!

I upgraded the batteries to the CN 18650 9800mAh 3.7V batteries for a longer brighter run time. However it works Great with the batteries it comes with .
