Webkinz, A Loving Imitation of Man's Best Friend
1 of 1 found this helpful The Webkinz are a collectible item for young children. Some children collect Webkinz just as adults collect items of interest to them. I bought this item for my grand-daughter who collects different Webkinz. I like these "toys" for children because they are not weird as some items on the market for children are. I would buy Webkinz again.

The Stalking Moon DVD
Gregory Peck is a favorite actor of mine and I love history. I have watched this movie several times on television. I have no dislikes about this movie, the area this movie portrayed was rich in Western History, the Apache Indians, Settlers,and the U. S. Army. I would buy this DVD again, for gifts, especially for people that love history. This is a great movie. Mr. Peck has played in many GREAT movies, I would say he was one of the best of his time.

The Comanches Ride Again
I love to read about Texas History and especially the Comanche Indians. This is a good book, although I disagree with Mr.Gwynne about Quanah's father being killed at The so called Battle of Pease River. Later years Quanah had been interviewed several times and always said his father was not there at the recapture of Quanah's mother. Nocona was away on a hunting foray.Another thing, Sul Ross was an opportunist.A lot of politics involved here. Mr. Gwynne was right on when he wrote about the Battle of Pease River, he mentioned it was on Mule Creek and this is correct. This is a good book about the ups and down of the Comanche Nation, sad state of affairs the way they were treated.
