Would highly recommend this trainer!!
I love this bike trainer! It was fairly easy to put together....wish the assembly instructions and diagrams were better written, but you can figure it out. Best thing is this is a VERY QUIET trainer!! I didn't have to turn my TV up much as I was training. Very happy with the price and product...it's a great deal!
