Feeds them, doesn't kill the nest.
This gel just attracts the ants. They eat it and die, but the ants just keep coming! They don't carry it back to the nest, so it actually just draws in the ants by the thousands!! Expensive food for ants.

Miracle cure for hot flashes!!
I was told to take Maca for my hot flashes by a niece that works in a health food store. It is a miracle cure!! Takes about 6 weeks to get fully into your system, but you will see an improvement in 3-4 weeks. I went from having hot flashes every twenty minutes to having one or two a day. Usually when I am due for the next capsule. I take one cap in the morning and one in the evening. No side effects either. Many people also report more energy. I LOVE MACA!!

More helpful if you live in the UK
A good overall book, but written for the UK, dieseses & plants etc. Would have been helpful to know that in advance.
