Hi. I am sorry to discover that you had a negative experience with your recent purchase. I have had excellent feedback concerning the function of the book strap for students. It is certainly not my intention to mislead anyone concerning the Straptastic book strap. I tried to take clear photos of the components of the strap so it would be clear what you are getting. I also tried to describe clearly what the intended use of the strap is. A canvas book tote would certainly be desirable in many cases. But where they are not allowed these straps fill in nicely. I regret that you did not contact me so that I could make this right for you before leaving a negative review of the product. I would gladly offer instructions as to the proper use of the buckles so that you do not have to re-do them each time. That would, indeed, be frustrating. If that still does not solve your concerns I will be happy to refund your money plus return shipping for the non damaged item if you would like. I look forward to being able to help. Thank you,

Great value budget headphones

If you can find these used or on sale they're a fantastic value. The sound isn't as good as my Audio-Technicas but it's shamefully close for the money. I like a larger, true over the hear cup and these are great. Slightly better than my Audio-Technicas. The noise cancelling blows my Technicas away although I'm sure it's not as good as some of the best noise cancelling headphones out there. Overall highly recommended for a budget headphone.
