Its good, I like it.
One side fitted perfectly, the other needed a little modification. I think that is due to imperfections in my 20 year old car, not problems in manufacture. The deflectors allow the window to be opened two inches to provide good ventilation without buffeting or letting rain in. The only slight problem is the clips provided to secure them don't stay in place but slowly ease themselves out while you are not looking. Not too much of a problem because the window pushes the deflector back into place as it closes.

Not very good
Sometimes it counts the steps and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it doesn't count them all, only some of them. It seems the mechanism needs a very hard step to count. It misses all steps which are not hard enough.

Easy to replace.
Easy to fit and it works. You wouldn't expect anything else because it's a replacement for the one that broke. THEY ARE WEAK AND NOT WELL MADE.
