Did not need Support, Wanted "Off Line - Desktop only"
Did not need support, had used the Simple Start version for years. Do not use many of the features as we only run a very small business. Do not need nor want a "On Line" software accordingly.

Limited Use
plan was to use it with a dongle, that required a not tablet power source. found that the signal from the dongle would not survive the connection via the hardware, to the tablet. Works for other devices, eg USB sticks and such, so if you do not have a limited strength signal, you may be OK with this device.

IT WORKS AS IT SHOULD
FIT PERFECTLY, AND WORKS AS IT SHOULD.
