Didn't work
It missed-the-mark because it WOULD NOT POWER UP...so yes, it's VERY quiet!

Yummy & Filling
This flavor isn't too sweet, and rather refreshing! Great way to substitute 1 whole meal when you're not that hungry so you still get lots of nutrients. One shake keeps you full for hours!
(Don't recommend more than 1/day due to the high protein count.)

Speaking the Truth...U R ENOGH!
Coach Mike Bayer has a simplified way to help you get where you want to be in your life by taking a look at yourself from within. It's not going to be a "pretty journey" but it is a necessary step to achieving the "BEST" that you want in life. This book is encouraging and there is a Facebook group as well as an Empowerment Group that this life coach has to offer at NO CHARGE!
This is a time for a new beginning so my future starts now, (even at age 62)!
