Is very funny.how.they.say or best offer.. so you make an offer doesn't matter how much you offer they reject the offer.. they seem to have some flexibility in their ad by saying or best offer.. might as well take that part of the ad down.. because 207 is the only price they'll accept.. their counter offer didn't budge ...
