Sturdy
I had an Otterbox protector for my previous phone (S9) and was very happy with it. Naturally I went for one when I got my new phone. The only criticism I have is that the new version is simply a good sturdy hard plastic sleeve which should be sufficient protection but, It doesn't have the front bevel raised enough to adequately protect the screen in case it's dropped and it can slide on smooth surfaces. The one for the old phone was a hard plastic snap on combined with a rubber outer sleeve which DID provide traction on smooth surfaces and protection for the screen.
All in all, it will protect the phone but just not as well as previous Otterbox designs.

Samsung S20 5G
Nice bright screen, smooth graphics, easy startup and transfer of my apps.
It has internet speeds that surpass many home WiFi setups! 650M to 700M on 5G full signal and over 700M from my (up to) 1 ghz home WiFi.
The camera has excellent resolution. The button layout is the reverse of what I'm used to but not inconvenient, just different.
All in all this is a great upgrade from earlier Galaxy models.

Good phone
Purchased this phone to replace a worn S9.
It downloaded a bunch of updates on initial power-up and kept doing them for over an hour but no big deal there.
It works just fine and is of the quality I expected.
